Job description
WEBIT Capital Partners is a multi-stage venture capital fund investing in the top global startups to catalyze exponential positive change while delivering ESG impact to create a brighter future.
We primarily invest in winners of the Founders Games global growth stage competition, attracting the best scale-ups globally. We select start-ups to invest in based on a number of criteria including their financial potential and current performance, their impact, and the exponential nature of their innovation. We collaborate closely with our portfolio companies to help them de-risk their business while optimizing their value to generate maximum alpha returns for all stakeholders including our LPs.
WEBIT Capital Partners is looking for a proven Investor Relations expert with a track record in sourcing, managing, and communicating with LPs for a venture capital fund. Ideally, you will have a strong network of LPs in your address book that you have worked with before and who respect you.
Location
This role can be based anywhere in Europe (EU27) with a preference for candidates based in: Berlin, Zurich, Sofia, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Nordics, or London
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for capital formation and sourcing new LPs. You will manage our LP relationships, handling communication of updates and key events.
Qualifications
As our head of IR, you will be well-connected to European and global LPs. Ideally, you will have capital formation experience and have raised venture funds for other GPs where LPs received positive returns. We encourage DEI and welcome diverse candidates.
